Legally blind Syrian refugee, Hani al-Moliya, starts taking photos of his life in a refugee camp in Lebanon, where he and his family apply for asylum in Canada. His photography helps him to see what would normally be out of focus. Against all odds Hani discovers he has a talent. His photos reveal the humanity of 'the people of the tents' and within months of his arrival in Canada, Hani's photos are noticed by the media. He is elected to be part of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's National Youth Council.
